Snowing in October.

First off...
WHERE IS ALL THIS SNOW COMING FROM?
I swear it looked like this two days ago.  What the hell?!

So anyway, I've been done midterms for over a week now, but I've still been boggled down with assignments and essays.  I'm also part of the DECA exec team at Western and with that and school-related work, I barely have time for other things.  So what's new?  I bought myself a 16gb green ipod nano this weekend, and I'm heading to Florida after my last exam in December!

But on the more serious note... I really miss home.  I miss my friends and family, my boyfriend, the familiar environment... everything.  I'm actually going home this weekend and I'm SO excited!

2008 Can Fed Election.

The 2008 Canadian Federal Election took place yesterday and, well, Harper remains our Prime Minister. Why couldn't the voting take place two months later and wait until I was legal to vote? Boo! Either way, I don't really have much to say about the results... only, why the hell do the Bloc Quebecois have more seats in parliament than NDP?! Ridiculous. Why must Canadian politics be so complicated? In the States you vote Obama/Biden or McCain/Palin... SIMPLE. That's the way it should be.

I had my first University midterm today and I hope I did well. It was basically just one essay so really, my fate lies within the hands of my TA. One down, three to go... I can't wait till this is all over, but that only means the approaching of final exams. Oh boy it's neverending.
